The basics:
1 x Nano-Charged Assault Rifle or Rifle In terms of quality level the level of the finished weapon will be the same as the original nano charged weapon used. All the other parts have to be at least within 20% of the weapon although as with most tradeskill processes you can use a higher QL if you want to (i.e. you could use a QL200 Perennium sheet to make a QL150 weapon) Profession Specifics: Agent: Perennium Sniper requires Nano Charged Rifle and Spirit Tech Apparatus: Long Barrel Fixer: Perennium Beamer requires Nano Charged Assault Rifle and Spirit Tech Apparatus: Short Barrel Soldier: Perennium Blaster requires Nano Charged Assault Rifle and Spirit Tech Apparatus: Double Barrel
